Immortality

Immortality

Banished from Earth, death had been
For centuries, none had ventured to go
Not a soul to heaven
Not a spirit to rise
Until one day, Mother Earth cried,

Many ambulances on sole roadway through destroyed town

“California to sea,
Japan must quake.
I want new company
And shall have them today.”
